George Allen’s got a plan. Actually, it’s a “Blueprint for America’s Comeback.”

Allen, a Republican looking to reclaim the U.S. Senate seat won from him in 2006, will lay out his blueprint Tuesday morning in downtown Richmond.

In a media release, Allen’s camp calls the document “a pro-growth plan of action to get our country back on course by focusing on jobs, competitiveness, freedom and opportunity.”

The roll-out will take place at the offices of Transfield Services, a road maintenance firm.

In 1996, the company — then known as Virginia Maintenance Services Inc. – was awarded a $131 million contract under then-Gov. Allen’s administration to maintain sections of Interstate 95, Interstate 81 and nearly all of Interstate 77.
