The Republican National Committee is up with a new TV ad in Virginia and seven other swing states taking aim at President Barack Obama’s stimulus plan.

The 30-second spot, titled “Again,” is scheduled to air on NBC affiliates and cable stations during the Olympics.

“President Obama’s first term economic plan: An eight hundred billion dollar stimulus,” the narrator says, followed by a clip of Obama stating, “To create three to four million jobs.”

“While Americans waited for help, billions were spent in foreign countries,” the narrator ads. “Millions went to political insiders. Millions more unaccounted for. Now your money is gone and so are nearly 500,000 jobs. His second term economic plan? Do it again.”

The ad closes with a question: “Are You With Him?”
