Maybe you’ve seen the commercials. Perhaps you’ve read about the tour. Now, Gov. Bob McDonnell has released a video aimed at state employees. It’s part of his apparent effort to change the topic from hot-button social issues that have dinged his public image and have pundits and prognosticators thinking twice about presumed ambitions for the Republican vice-presidential nomination.
